Adam Pearce is the Vice President of Sleepwell Property Management and has been with the company since 2005. Adam has over 18 years of experience in real estate and business management. Adam is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of all rental properties. His real estate experience and knowledge gives him the ability to offer advice to existing clients and to help those looking to invest in rental properties. He received his degree from the University of Ottawa in 2009 with a Major in Mathematics and Minor in Business and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2011.
Adam strives for continuous improvement in every aspect at Sleepwell to give unparalleled service in the industry for all types of clients. Adam’s innovative nature and customer service focus drives him to look for new and better processes to enhance your real estate journey. On his spare time, Adam likes spending time with his family and friends, cooking and enjoying fine food, and playing hockey with the guys.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Ottawa U and a Digital Photography certificate from George Brown College, where she also taught Website Development.
Karen's experience includes managing large budgets, yielding significant results through Facebook, Social media and Google ads, and other major media platforms. She adeptly uses various media outlets to bolster Sleepwell's digital and traditional marketing campaigns, driving our brand to Google's top page organically and maintaining high occupancy rates; essential to our success.
